We are magical beings and over time we have forgotten this truth. Through movement, stories, intentional conversations, meditations, and gathering in community with other women we can unlock this magic. It is not something to be found but to be remembered. LOCATION
Uvita, Costa Rica, is a serene coastal haven on the southern Pacific coast, where the lush rainforest meets the rhythmic waves of the ocean. Nestled between the rolling hills of the jungle-covered mountains and the vast blue expanse of Marino Ballena National Park, Uvita offers a sanctuary of natural harmony and spiritual renewal. Known for its iconic Whale Tail sandbar, pristine beaches, and abundant wildlife, this tranquil village is embraced by the healing energy of the land and sea. Immersed in the vibrant biodiversity of the Osa Peninsula corridor, Uvita is a place to reconnect with nature, restore balance, and awaken the senses.

Flights to and from Juan Santamaría International Airport (SJO) are not included in the retreat price and must be arranged individually.

Your journey begins the moment you land in San Jose, Costa Rica
All guests will arrive into Juan Santamaría International Airport (SJO) where a shared group transfer will be arranged to take you directly to the retreat venue.
To preserve ease and connection for the group, there will be one dedicated arrival transfer and one departure transfer for all guests.
We kindly ask that flights are scheduled within the shared arrival and departure windows, which will be provided upon booking confirmation.
If your travel times fall outside of these windows, we are happy to arrange a private transfer for you at an additional cost, so your journey remains seamless and supported.

***Most guests join this retreat on their own and arrive solo. This is a naturally shared experience where connection forms quickly within the group.
If you are booking a shared room, roommate pairings are thoughtfully arranged by us. If you have a preference, you may request it at the time of booking and we can accommodate.

A $500 USD deposit secures your place at the retreat.
This is deducted from your total room price.
Remaining balance is due no later than December 31, 2026.
Meet Summer
Summer was raised in the household of two vinyasa yoga instructors, so flowing and practicing yoga is part of her roots. She received her 200 Hour Vinyasa Yoga Teacher certification through Yoga Alliance in 2016 at the age of 18 and has been teaching yoga internationally for 7 years. With love for this traditional practice, Summer has created her own unique feminine flow that involves intuitively moving one’s body, traditional vinyasa postures, dance, breathwork, and fun. Her passion in this life is to unite women and has seen the lasting impact on women’s confidence and radiance when they choose to intentionally gather. She believes strongly in the gathering of women and has facilitated hundreds of women’s circles and cacao ceremonies.
